The road forum “Casualties and Facts of Navigation and the P&I Cover” brings the P&I concept and knowledge to the ports in Brazil, strengthening the relationship between authorities, operators, agents and loss adjusters. Belem, São Luis, Paranagua and Salvador are examples of ports that had received the road forum.
BRAZIL P&I also promote and support events as the IG-IMO-IOPC seminar in Rio/2019, the Maritime Lawyers Association Congress and the Porto & Mar forum for the development of the Port of Santos.
Our MD Mauro Sammarco is the current Chairman of the Santos Trade Association (ACS), which represents the main traders, terminals, owners and agents operating at the port of Santos. An association with 150 years, declared as National Public Interest, considered the House of the Entrepreneurs which hosted the visit of the last 8 Presidents os Brazil, among with several other important figures.
